Prospective tenants are invited to come for an informal visit to view the accommodation and meet the support staff.
During your visit we can discuss individual requirements and the range of accommodation and support we are able to provide.
Additional visits can be arranged in order to get a feel for the service and to spend time with the other tenants, family and friends are also welcome.
Referrals are accepted from statutory and voluntary organisations, as well as direct enquiries from private individuals. To make a formal application a referral form is completed and once reviewed we will be able to advise if a placement can be offered. In the event that a placement cannot be offered a detailed explanation will be provided.
Annadown House welcomes, and can cater for applicants aged 18+ from all sections of the community who experience mental health problems. Applicants must satisfy a risk assessment, require support and be willing to be supported. Please note we do not provide personal care, however this can be arranged with external partner agencies if required.
The service costs can be explained during an informal visit, or over the telephone as each persons circumstances may differ. However you may be entitled to assistance or funding from the local authority if you have been deemed unfit for work.
