The Application Process

View the accommodation and meet our staff

Prospective tenants are invited to come for an informal visit to view the accommodation and meet the support staff.

During your visit we can discuss individual requirements and the range of accommodation and support we are able to provide.

Additional visits can be arranged in order to get a feel for the service and to spend time with the other tenants, family and friends are also welcome.

Referrals are accepted from statutory and voluntary organisations, as well as direct enquiries from private individuals. To make a formal application a referral form is completed and once reviewed we will be able to advise if a placement can be offered. In the event that a placement cannot be offered a detailed explanation will be provided.
